Roasted Pepper & Cilantro Hummus

Rich in nutrition and taste, this healthy treat is perfect served on your favorite crackers, toast or chips. I am sure you will agree this is very simple to make!

Ingredients

  • Two 15 oz. cans garbanzo beans
  • 1⁄2 cup walnuts
  • 2 red bell peppers (roasted or grilled and peeled)
  • 1 med. onion (roasted or grilled)
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Small bunch cilantro
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic
  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
