We are thrilled to share some very special news with our Cooking with Vlada family and supporters—our family cooking and lifestyle program is now airing on KOCT Public Access Television Station in San Diego County!
A New Chapter for Cooking with Vlada

Cooking with Vlada will be broadcast Monday through Friday at 11:30 AM on Cox Communications Channel 18, reaching over 80,000 households across the coastal cities of Carlsbad, Encinitas, San Marcos, Oceanside, Escondido, and even Camp Pendleton. For viewers outside of traditional cable service, KOCT also streams content online at KOCT.org.
A Meaningful Return
This is an incredibly meaningful milestone for us because KOCT was the very first public access television station to ever air Cooking with Vlada. Their early support helped bring our mission of healthier families, stronger communities, and homegrown values into the homes of thousands—and now, we’re returning with new energy, new episodes, and the same heartwarming focus on food and family.
