- Two 15 oz. cans garbanzo beans
- 1⁄2 cup walnuts
- 2 red bell peppers (roasted or grilled and peeled)
- 1 med. onion (roasted or grilled)
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
- Small bunch cilantro
- Juice of 2 limes
- 4 cloves fresh garlic
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
