This recipe was specially created for Danza del Sol winery. It is great as appetizer or served on toast as part of a breakfast menu or an afternoon snack for your kids.
Start by whipping butter and sugar. Add lemon juice and vanilla, and whip well. Add goat and cream cheese with honey and whip again. When mixture becomes creamy, add fig jam and slowly combine while allowing chunks of figs to remain in spread. Cool before serving on your favorite crackers or toast. Also delicious when combined with Italian prosciutto and your favorite spicy cheese.
