Nina Cullen joined Vlada’s Seeds of Life board of directors in 2022. Nina was born in Bosnia and Herzegovina and has lived Croatia, Germany, Canada, and the United States of America. Nina has a Bachelor’s of Computer Science from Concordia University in Montreal and is currently the Director of Customer Success and Support at BEMO, a cybersecurity company and partner of Microsoft’s. She has 3 children under 15 and lives with her young family in Wildomar, California.
While she enjoys her volunteer time with her church and her kids’ school and sports activities, Nina has a huge passion for homesteading and bringing back the old world habits and rituals into the home and into children’s upbringings. Nina has enjoyed cooking since she was 13, has become a secret cake decorator for friends and family, and thoroughly enjoys gardening. Nina states, “I enjoy my professional career and everything about technology, but I also will always put my family’s well being, lifestyle, traditions, and future as a priority over all. While I may work full time, I make sure that dinner is home cooked the majority of the time between my husband and I, dinner is eaten together as a family, and that I teach my children the benefits of putting their hands in our garden boxes in our backyard, no matter where we live, how we live, or how much we have. I want them to know love and passion through nature, hard work, tradition, and God’s love. A healthy life is something we should cherish and it’s something we can teach our children to continue prioritizing for themselves, their community, and their children for many more generations.”
