4 cups whole wheat shell pasta or macaroni
2 cups milk
1/4 cup butter
4 oz. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
1 cup Muenster  cheese (or cheddar), shredded or chopped
1/4 cup panko bread crumbs

Cook whole wheat shells until half cooked, and drain. In a separate dish, warm milk, butter, cream cheese, and salt. When mixture is creamy, add pasta and mix well. Pour mixture in baking pan and add cheese. (I use 5 slices Muenster and about 1/4 c. mozzarella.) Top with panko bread crumbs. Bake at 360 degrees for about 20 minutes or until top is golden brown. Have fun cooking!
